A:The only qualification is that the past president must have served six years or less, as he/she is eligible to serve two terms or 10 years.

 

Q:How many Vice Presidents became President?

A:13.

 

Q:Who was the only native american vice president?

A:Charles Curtis.

 

Q:Has the office of vice president ever been vacant??

A:Often.  Until 1965 and the 25th amendment, the office was open after a VP died or left office.

 

Q:Can a two term former President become Vice President?

A:Although it is not stated explicity, it is implied that the answer is no, because then the president must be eligible to become President, and after 2 terms, he can not.

 

Q:What VP presided over the Senate while indicted for murder?

A:Aaron Burr, for assassinating Alexander Hamilton.
